The initiative comes into effect with its policy decision to dispense with interviews for the posts of Junior Engineers, Draftsman, Executives, Office Assistants, Stenographers and Translators in line with government's advice to discontinue the practice of interviews for junior-level recruitment.
This is a positive stand that the company has taken after many discussions with various authorities and gauging the viability of the change and it is a transparent, NBCC CMD Anoop Kumar Mittal said.
