Press Trust of India Jammu Accusing the Centre of hatching a conspiracy against the party, opposition National Conference (NC) today said the BJP-PDP coalition in Jammu and Kashmir was fraught with dangerous consequences.
"The BJP and PDP coalition government in the state is fraught with dangerous consequences for people and the fabric of secularism so arduously nurtured and protected by NC," said Sheikh Mustafa Kamal additional General Secretary of NC, while addressing a meeting of officer bearers in Rajouri yesterday.
He said the party has been given a "God-sent opportunity" to introspect the reasons and cause of its defeat in the Assembly elections held last year.
"The need of the hour is to close ranks and work with dedication and renewed vigor to rejuvenate NC which has become victim of conspiracies and machination of powers that be in New Delhi" he said.
