Terming the Omar Abdullah led state government as a "failure" on all fronts, Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party today said that development work in the state has come to a grinding halt in last four years.
The National Conference-Congress coalition government has failed to solve the problems of common man, Chairman, JKNPP, Harsh Dev Singh, said while addressing a public gathering at Sumb village of Samba district.
The state government has failed to deliver on all fronts, he said, adding various Centrally sponsored schemes are yet to be completed.
The Jammu and Kashmir has been quick to make announcement of projects, but failed to ensure their completion, he said.
On the occasion, party MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia said the J-K government has failed to empower the panchayats.
The state government has deliberately avoided the constitution of block developmental councils and District Planning Boards, he said.
Like wise, the elections to the urban local bodies were being delayed, Mankotia said.
