NC MLA Mohammad Shafi Uri said party leader Omar Abdullah had on June one raised the issue of notifications on budget proposals issued by the government without discussion in the House.
"In response, the Finance Minister made the statement that he followed the practice of other states and the central government," the NC leader said.
He claimed that the statement made by Drabu was "untrue and baseless" and requested that the matter be refered to the Privileges Committee.
