NCC Urban to market UAE firm's products in Chennai

A Dubai-based manufacturer of interior solutions for commercial and domestic sectors has entered into a joint venture with an India-based real estate developer to market its products in Chennai.
NCC Urban, a subsidiary of NCC Ltd has entered into a joint venture with Dubai-based Avant in which the former will market Avant's products in Chennai.
Avant's product range includes flooring, roofing, wall panelling and ceiling products that are already available in more than 20 countries.
NCC Urban has developed residential complexes, townships and SEZs across India and overseas.
"We are pleased to launch our products in this quality-driven market. Avant's products are easily adaptive to the climatic conditions of the region, besides being highly durable and easy to maintain," Antonio Varghese, Chairman and CEO of Avant, said.

Avant products have insulating qualities that hold the potential to reduce electricity costs by up to 20-25 per cent, resulting in lower carbon emissions.
