NCSC orders arrest warrant against Agra SSP

The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) has asked UP Police to issue arrest warrant against the Agra SSP, after the official failed to appear before it in a harassment case involving a Dalit woman.
According to an official release issued yesterday, commission Vice Chairman Raj Kumar Verka also directed the DGP to produce SSP Subhash Chandra Dubey before it on April 8.
The victim, a resident of Pathauli village in Agra, had approached the commission following which the SSP was summoned several times.
