The complaints can be registered at www.Northmcd.Com/ building. Action will be taken in a time-bound manner with every process updated on the web domain for transparency. The complaints will be monitored by senior officials.
"The online system has been designed and developed by the Information and Technology department of NDMC to ensure proper redressal of complaints from citizens," Chairman of NDMC's Standing Committee Pravesh Wahi said.
People can track their complaints and know about the action taken regarding it, he said.
