The 21-year-old said she is thinking a lot about placing her shots.
"It's a tough course and you ought to be precise to eliminate mistakes and I believe by executing these two factors I will be able to return with a good score," she said.
With her home close to the course, Vani is not on a unfamiliar territory. "Oh! I need the support from my fans, locals and more importantly my parents Sanjeev Kapoor and mum Asha Kapoor.
From South City 1, in Gurgaon, Vani's approach is going to be one stroke at a time. "I want to take charge of the course and not allow the course make things difficult for me."
