Negaland Spelling Bee championship to he hosted on

The Fountain Club Kohima is all set to hold the 4th edition of Nagaland Spelling Bee Championship on September 24 and 25 at Capital Convention Centre here.
Not ony is this competition one of the most exciting literary competitions in Nagaland but also one of the highest prize money literary event in the north eastern region.
The event is partnered by State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Government of Nagaland.
Two students from any educational institution from within the state and between Class VIII to XII are eligible to take part in the championship, Fountain Club chairman Seyievizo Tsukru said here today.
Preliminary rounds will take place on September 24 while the finals will be held the following day.
Organizing Committee convenor Medo Yhokha said that the last three editions were quite successful.
He said the Club has bagged the best youth club award of Kohima district and also the best youth club at the state level in 2014 instituted by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sanghatan (NYKS) and has also been nominated for best youth club at the national level.
This championship aims to provide a platform to the students and to encourage them to explore their knowledge and intellect.
