Acting on a tip off, a team of Shashatra Seema Bal arrested Rampukar Mahto with the silver while he was sitting in the bus on way to a destination, SSB commandant Devendra Singh said.
SSB later handed over Mahto to the customs officials at Jainagar for further action, he said.
