Comprising 55 court rooms with all modern facilities, the judicial complex, named 'Tower of Justice', will be a multi- storeyed building to be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 113 crore.
It would provide an amicable atmosphere for settlement of disputes through alternative means like mediation and Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), District and Sessions Judge cum Chairman of District Legal Services Authority Shekher Dhawan here told reporters today.
The judicial complex will have all facilities not only for Judicial Officers but also for lawyers, litigants and even for undertrial prisoners, he said.
Presently, more than 40 courts are functioning in Gurgaon.
