Apart from giving current news, Southlive will have web magazine, IP television and other services like e-business and would work as a synergy of print and audio visual media, Chairman and media critic Sebastian Paul, told reporters here.
Southlive Networks is the first professional digital news media in Kerala, as all other important news portals in Malayalam work as an extended arm of the print or visual media, he said.
A Journalism Training Institute of global standards is also part of the project, M P Basheer, Chief Executive Officer and Editor-in-Chief said.
The news stories would be available 24 hours on the computer, Mobilephone and tablets, A Sahadevan, Consulting Editor said.
Noted Television Producer Saj Kurien is the Managing Director.
