For development of an industrial colony, cyber park and cyber city, license shall be granted by director, Haryana Town and Country Planning with prior internal concurrence of the state government, a government spokesman said.
Within urbanisable zone of published development plan, industrial colonies would be allowed in industrial zones, he said adding, outside urbanisable zone, such colonies would also be permitted in agriculture zone.
De-notified Special Economic Zones in the state with land measuring 50 acres and above, situated anywhere in the controlled or urban areas, would also be eligible for licence of industrial colonies as an one time relaxation in designated land use conditions, the spokesman said.
