"Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has said that a new policy on the sale and purchase of the agriculture lands will be introduced soon so that no one ever needs to pay a rupee and run from the pillar to post around the offices," a release from his office said.
Rao held a meeting with ministers, officials and bankers on agriculture issues, it said.
He said the state wide land purification programme would be completed by December 31 and that new passbooks would be issued from January 1.
"Since farm loans have been waived all over the state, the banks should give letters to farmers stating that their loans have been cleared," it said.
