Founder-President of RBS Vijay Ghate announced the launch of the outfit at a press meet here. He also unveiled the party's flag, which has a mix of blue, saffron and green.
He said the party will follow the ideals and teachings of Babasaheb Ambedkar.
RBI will contest at least 20 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra, including those in Thane district, he added.
