Power consumers in the national capital can now register their 'No Supply' complaint with just a phone call in which they neither have to speak to an operator nor remember their complaint number.
In the new system, a customer will have to register his/her mobile number once to avail this service. Once the mobile number gets registered, all one has to do is to make a call at 39999707 for BRPL (BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd) and 39999808 for BYPL (BSES Yamuna Power Ltd) from their registered phone number and press 1 for 'No Supply' and choose Option 2 for IVRS based services.
The system will auto-recognise customer details automatically.
Customers can register their mobile numbers by calling on 39999707 or mail details at BRPL.Customercare@relianceada.Com for BRPL. Phone number for BYPL customers is 39999808 and the mail id is BYPL.Customercare@relianceada.Com.
"Customers don't even have to enter their CA number or even speak to a call centre representative. Not only will their 'No supply' complaint get automatically registered, they will also be given a reference number," a BSES spokesperson said.
"It is our endeavour to constantly upgrade the level of services offered to our consumers - in line with what is offered globally. Introduction of these IVRS (Interactive Voice Response Systems) based offerings will further enhance consumer convenience," he said.
