Singh today administered oath to the newly elected AJSU party MLA Navin Jaiswal.
Singh administered the oath to Jaiswal at his residence here, according to sources in the assembly secretariat.
Jaiswal had won by over 11,000 votes defeating Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantric) candidate Ajay Nath Shadeo in the bypoll held on June 12, stretching the party's strength in the 82-member Jharkhand assembly to six.
