Addressing a joint press conference here, the leaders of NGOs, including People Union of Civil Liberties president Prem Prakash Sharma and state president of Jamat-e-Islamic Hind Engineer Mohd Saleem, alleged that the youths were arrested without ensuring any legal procedure and methodology by ATS' agencies.
"Innocent students were arrested without ensuring any legal procedure and methodology by ATS agencies from Delhi and Rajasthan in the wee hours of Sunday in Jaipur and Jodhpur," Engineer Saleem told reporters.
A delegation of these NGOs also met the Rajasthan DGP Omendra Bhardwaj and appealed to ensure fair and unbiased probe against the said boys.
Later, Saleem Engineer told reporters that he would lead a delegation of NGOs to Delhi to meet Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde and also apprise Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on this account and demand safety of these boys.

Other two youths were picked up from Jamia Nagar in New Delhi on the suspicion that they had links with IM operatives arrested from Rajasthan.
