It said the expansion of its India R&D center ensures that NI has access to the top talent instrumental in buildinga platform that meets the needs of all engineers and scientists.
NI works with leading universities to hire the best talent within the region and provides world-class, formal and on-the-job training to create a long-term and sustained career progression, it added.
Through NI India's Business Incubator Program, the company will provide increased access to its technology, technical training and support to shared local communitieslike domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs),academic incubation centers and startups.
"Startups are an integral part of building the future and we believe that the NI India Business Incubator Program will contribute to the Make in India initiative," NI India Managing Director Jayaram Pillai said.
