NIA today filed a charge sheet against suspected ISIS operative Mohammad Sirajuddin who was arrested by Anti-Terrorist Squad of Rajasthan police last year.
The charge sheet was filed in a special court by the NIA, the public prosecutor said.
Sirajuddin, who worked as a marketing manager in Indian Oil Corporation, was not produced in court due to security reasons.
Arrested in December last year, he was accused of being involved in brainwashing Muslim youths through WhatsApp and Facebook and spreading the ideology of the international terrorist organisation ISIS.
