Nickel, copper and brass declines on subdued demand

Nickel, copper and brass prices declined at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockist selling amid subdued demand from industrial users.
While, tin prices rose further owing to good demand from alloy industries.
Nickel dipped by Rs 25 per kg to Rs 900 from Monday's close Rs 925 and copper sheet cuttings eased by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 428 as against Rs 433.
Copper scrap heavy and copper armiture slid by Rs 4 per kg each to Rs 444 and Rs 432 as compared yesterday's close Rs 448 and Rs 436.
Copper utensils moved down by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 410 as against Rs 413.
Copper cable scrap and copper billets edged down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 453 and Rs 481 from Rs 455 and Rs 483 yesterday.
Brass utensils scrap and brass sheet cuttings softened by a Re per kg each to Rs 332 and Rs 346 respectively.
However, tin prices moved up by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,430 as compared Rs 1,425.
