In futures trading at the Multi Commodity Exchange, nickel for delivery in July was higher by Rs 3.50 or 0.58 per cent to Rs 610.50 per kg in a business turnover of 784 lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in far-month August spurted by Rs 3.20 or 0.52 per cent to Rs 615.60 per kg in 19 lots.
