Nickel, tin drop on reduced demand

Nickel and tin prices dropped at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockist selling amidst reduced demand from alloy industries.
The industrial metal slipped to its lowest at the LME in early trade in more than three months, amid signs of ample supply in the world's top copper user, and expectations of steadying demand into the end of the year.
Nickel and tin fell by Rs 15 per kg each to Rs 1,520 and Rs 1,175 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 1,535 and Rs 1,190.
Copper utensils scrap and copper sheet cutting edged- down by a Re per kg each to Rs 438 and Rs 461.
However, copper wire bar and zinc inched-up by a Re per kg each to Rs 513 and Rs 186, respectively.
