Nickel and tin prices eased in an otherwise lacklustre non-ferrous metal market here today on modest stockist selling amid lower demand from alloy industries.
Elsewhere, other metals traded mixed in mild range on bouts of buying and selling.
The industrial metals trading lower at the LME sagged to its lowest in seven weeks as concerns over imminent cuts to the Federal Reserves's bond buying program and turmoil in emerging economies spilled across into commodities.
Nickel declined by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 1,002 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 1,005.
Tin moved down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 1,528 from Rs 1,530.
Copper scrap heavy, copper sheet cutting, and aluminium utensils scrap softened by a Re per kg to Rs 508, Rs 488 and Rs 126, respectively.
However, Copper armature, copper utensils scrap, brass sheet cutting and lead inched-up by a Re per kg each to Rs 494, Rs 471, Rs 366 and Rs 140.
