Nickel, tin slips on subdued demand

Prices of Nickel, tin and lead slipped at the non-ferrous market here today on stockists selling amid subdued demand from alloy industries.
While, copper and brass prices gained further on sustained offtake from consuming industries.
Nickel fell by Rs 10 per kg to Rs 700 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 710.
Tin eased by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,310 from Rs 1,315.
Lead moved down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 132 as against Rs 134 yesterday.
However, Copper armiture, copper utensils scrap and copper sheet cutting fell by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 368, Rs 347 and Rs 363 compared to Rs 366,Rs 345 and Rs 361 yesterday.
Copper cable scrap, Copper scrap heavy, Copper wire bar, brass utensils scrap and brass sheet cutting inched-up by a Re per kg each to Rs 378, Rs 373, Rs 406, Rs 273 and Rs 281, respectively.
