"Who exactly is Zac Efron tho? I'm sorry, I'm so confused," she wrote.
A fan replied her tweet, sending a photo of a shirtless Efron. "Oooohhhh ok... Well I guess that rumor isn't so bad after all," she wrote again.
The 'Starships' hitmaker sparked romantic rumours with the 25-year-old actor after they were spotted sharing a steamy night together.
Efron is said to have recently completed a rehab stint for substance addiction.
