Nidhi got the better of Zainab Ali Sajjad 6-0 6-1 while Anushka put out a much seasoned but injury prone Shivika Burman 7-5 6-3.
Nidhi will now fight it out with Emily Webley-Smith while Anushka will clash with Slovakian Andrea Klepac.
In other final round qualifiers, wildcard Rishika Sunkara will take on compatriot Ankita Raina. Korean Su Jeong Jang will take on Australian Stephanie Bengson for a spot in the main draw.
Meanwhile the organizer have awarded the doubles wildcard to Olympian Rushmi Chakravarthy and Ankita Raina.
