Nigerian national jumps to death from building in Palghar

A Nigerian national leaped to his death from the third floor flat in a housing complex in Nala Sopara township of the district last night, police said.
Inspector Ravindra Badgujar of Nala Sopara police station said a police team was calling on the foreign nationals in the area for a routine verification of passports and visa.
However, when they called on Ametoso Tolalop Omalare (29) at his flat at Siddhivinayak Building in Evershine City, he ran to the window and jumped out.
He was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.
Police have registered a case of accidental death and further probe is on.
