It was a cloudy and foggy day in the national capital today with minimum temperature rising to 6.5 degree Celsius against yesterday's 4.4 degrees Celsius.
Although it did not rain as predicted by the MeT department yesterday, a cloud cover persisted throughout the day and the maximum temperature settled at 18 degree Celsius, three notches below normal.
This was 2.7 degree down from yesterday's 20.7 degree Celsius.
Flight operations largely remained normal in the city.
About 59 flights operating out of Delhi were delayed by over 15 minutes, but they were due to operational reasons and not due to weather, airport officials said.
Around eight flights were cancelled but it was also due to operational reasons of the airlines, they added.
