Nine people were killed and three others injured in two separate road accidents in Nepal, police said on Sunday.
Six persons died on the spot and three others sustained injuries when a jeep fell in Bhadarekhola river, some 100 metres below the road in Manebhanjyang Rural Municipality of Okhaldhunga district of Eastern Nepal on Sunday.
The identity of deceased and injured is yet to be established.
In a separate incident, three persons died after two motorcycles collided with each other in Barbardiya Municipality-9 of Bardiya district on Saturday.
