Nithari killings: CBI sub-inspector's statement recorded

A special CBI court, hearing the infamous Nithari serial killings case, recorded the statement of CBI sub-inspector M S Fanyal today in connection with one of the murders.
Accused Moninder Singh Pandher and Surender Koli were also the produced before the court of Special CBI Judge S Lal.
Faniyal told the court that Koli had confessed of having killed the victims before a metropolitan magistrate at Delhi in 2007.
The court has fixed March 25 and April 3 for the next date of hearing in these cases.
