Former Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar today congratulated Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on his stupendous victory in Delhi Assembly polls and said he will meet the leader later to talk in detail.
"I congratulated him on his 'jandar' (rave) and 'shandar' (fabulous) victory. We will meet again and talk in detail," Kumar said when asked on the likelihood of a political understanding between the two parties.
He met Kejriwal at President Pranab Mukherjee's residence as the AAP leader was coming out.
Kejriwal had gone to thank the President for his "blessings and guidance" after the huge victory in the Delhi polls.
Kumar meanwhile met the President to convey the support of 130 MLAs and to urge him to advise Bihar Governor to take immediate decision in government formation there.
AAP scored a landslide victory in the Delhi Assembly polls snatching 67 of the 70 seats after steamrolling BJP leaving it with only 3 seats and decimating Congress which drew a blank.
After AAP's victory, Nitish Kumar had said people want development with justice and never accept arrogance.
