"It's natural that one who applied first for the venue will get it," Kumar told reporters over the controversy arising over a rally at the venue announced by the BJP for its Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and RJD President Lalu Prasad.
Kumar did not miss an opportunity to criticise his rivals for triggering a controversy.
"Both of them (Narendra Modi and Lalu Prasad) are the darling of the media and expert in cornering huge space in them by generating unnecessary controversy," he said without naming the two.
He claimed that the media was giving undue coverage to a future rally while JD(U)'s huge one at the same venue recently had drawn little coverage.
