"I believe that condition of farmers in UP is very bad. Its a natural calamity, in such a condition it is the responsibility of the centre as well as state government to help the farmers," Naik told reporters.
He said that the society should also come forward.
"This is the time when instead of making allegation and counter allegation and keeping in view the pain to the farmers, they should cooperate," he said.
On land acquisition bill, he said that it is not appropriate for him to comment on it and added that the issue is pending before Parliament and whatever will be the decision should be accepted by all.
