No change of guards at Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow

"The ceremonial changing of guards at the Rashtrapati Bhavan will not be held on December 29, 2012," an official release said.

The change of guards ceremony is a military tradition which takes place at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on every Saturday.
