The studio said that it found no evidence of wrongdoing by the 58-year-old actor on the sets of its show "iZombie".
"We were deeply concerned about recent allegations regarding Robert Knepper," Warner Bros TV said in a statement, reported Variety.
"As a result, we conducted an internal inquiry with some of the cast and crew of iZombie. We found no evidence of wrongdoing on the set of the show. We have taken and will continue to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved, which is our top priority," it added.
Last month, Knepper was accused of sexual assault by costume designer Susan Bertram during the filming for a movie in 1992.

Knepper, who has starred in films like "Transporter 3" and "Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1", denied the allegations.
"Over the past few weeks, my wife and I have discussed the pain women have experienced and the bravery they have shown in coming forward," the actor had said in a statement.
