No inquiry into implementation of Airport metro at this stage

The Urban Development ministry today said there was no question of inquiry into implementation of Airport Express metro line at this stage as it had not received any final recommendation in the audit report.
"Office of the Principal Director of Commercial Audit, Indian Audit and Accounts Department has sent only a draft thematic para on 'Implementation of Airport Metro Express Line Project through Public Private Partnership' for certifying the facts and data contained in the draft para and also comments of this ministry," Lok Sabha was informed today.
"No final para has been received," Minister of State in Urban Development ministry Deepa Dasmunshi said in a written reply.

She said since it is only a draft para, the question of inquiry did not arise at this stage.
