"I would not like to speculate... But can say with confidence that Congress would win all four seats," the chief minister, who was back in his office today after two months of election campaign, told reporters here.
Reiterating the demand for a probe into crores of rupees being allegedly spent on BJP's election campaign, Singh said the Election Commission should initiate a thorough enquiry into it.
"For the first time in the electoral history of India, a party has sought votes in the name of a leader which is a serious threat to our multi-party parliamentary democracy.
Blaming the "poor management" of the previous BJP government for the present financial crunch in the state, the Chief Minister said it was because its financial indiscipline that the situation has become so bad.
"I wish the Finance Commission would appreciate our problems and requirements and give sufficient funds to overcome the situation," he said.
