"Jammu and Kashmir will remain united and no solution to Kashmir issue will be accepted by people of all regions and religions, unless NC endorses it," NC additional general secretary Sheikh Mustafa Kamal said at a party meet here.

Kamal said attempts of all leaders talking about division of the state would be thwarted.

In their 176-page report, made public yesterday, the J-K interlocutors have called for a review of all Central Acts and all Articles of the Constitution of India extended to the state after the 1952 Delhi agreement which also gave special status to the state under Article 370.

However, they ruled out return to the pre-1953 position when the Centre's jurisdiction was mainly restricted to Defence, External Affairs, Communication and Finance.

The NC leader said enemies of peace between New Delhi and Islamabad will continue to succeed in their nefarious designs unless Kashmir issue would get resolved.
