Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today said action would be taken against those found "guilty of indulging" in unlawful activities during the Jat agitation for quota in the state.
Nobody would be spared if found guilty in the Jat quota agitation that caused loss of innocent lives and property, Khattar told reporters after inaugurating a blood donation camp.
On investigation by a retired Director General of Police into the incidents during the agitation, the Chief Minister said that he started his probe today.
Khattar said Haryana legislators and government officials today donated their blood to spread the message of brotherhood and amity after the "unfortunate" Jat agitation.
He said a series of programmes, including sporting and cultural events, will be organized for "unity and harmony".
As many as 64 persons donated their blood in the camp.
