The Chief Judicial Magistrate court on August 31 had issued a non-bailable warrant against the Union Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises after he failed to appear before it in spite of several summons, and had fixed October 8 as the next date of hearing.
However, he failed to appear in the court yesterday leading to which the court re-issued the warrant and fixed November 22 as the next date of hearing, Assistant Prosecution Officer Amarnath Tewari said.
