Now access land-related info with click of a mouse: Har govt

Haryana government today informed that the people will no longer have to visit the tehsil office to get information about registration or other matters pertaining to land as the same would be available on the website of the Revenue department.
Haryana Revenue Minister, Captain Abhimanyu said that any person can now get information about land in Haryana from this website.
The minister said that the data on the website will be updated after every 15 minutes so that people get the latest data.
He said if any citizen wants to get registration done for sale or purchase of land, then he could get related information like collector rate, deed-templates etc from the website.

Abhimanyu said that after registration of land, its photocopy would be made available on the website. Also, a copy of 'jamabandi' (settlement), 'intkal' (demise) etc could be obtained from this website.
The Revenue minister said that this step would bring transparency in land-related matters.
Apart from this, people can inform the concerned Deputy Commissioner or Tehsildar regarding any error in the website so that it could be resolved.
He said that people, banks and other financial institutions could check the jamabandis at their own level on this website.
