They are likely to do this week-end or early next week, while BJP and NCP have announced their candidates for a few seats.

NPF said the list would be formally announced only after a coordination meeting with its alliance partners, which include BJP and JD-U sometime next week.

Congress sources on the other hand said its leaders have left for New Delhi for finalizing the list of candidates after senior party leaders, including Union Petroleum Minister Verappa Moily visited the state yesterday.

BJP sources said a coordination meeting with Democratic Alliance of Nagaland would be held on January 25 and the names of the other candidates to be fielded would be decided depending on the technical feedings of the meeting.
