NPF Central Youth Wing has been protesting since October 23, with two days break on October 28 and 29, demanding that Aier pass his ruling on three issues pertaining to appointments of NPF Chief Whip, recognition of NPF Legislature Party Leader and disqualification petition against 36 dissident NPF MLAs led by Chief Minister T R Zeliang.
Speaking at the dharna site NPF MLA Yitachu demanded that the Speaker should either accept or reject their petition without further delay.
NPF Youth Ambassador, Imtibenla Wati in her address alleged that NPF legislators had "betrayed" the trust of the party workers and also the people of Nagaland for the lust of power and money.
NPF Central Youth Wing working president Bendangtoshi informed that since tomorrow and Sunday are public holiday, the sit-in-protest would continue from November 6 next.
