The campaign organised by the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and a community group is targeted at Asians who have a high incidence of heart disease and diabetes in Britain.
The event held at Southall - which has a large population of Indian origin - was organised in association with the community group Ajivan, led by senior Indian journalist Vijay Rana.
