One NSCN (IM) cadre was killed in an encounter with members of a rival outfit in Noney district of Manipur, the police said.
The encounter took place between members of the NSCN (IM) and those of the Zeliangrong United Front at Khumji-Part 2 village last night.
None could be arrested so far, they said.
