NSE to move to web-based system for debt segment from Nov 28

Leading stock exchange NSE will shift its debt segment to a web-based New Debt Market (NDM) platform from November 28.
Currently, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) operates the debt platform through its fully automated screen trading system -- National Exchange for Automated Trading (NEAT).
NEATPLUS- Debt would be discontinued from November 25 (end of business hours) and the same would be migrated to the web-based debt platform from November 28, NSE said in a circular.
Accordingly, the exchange has also decided to conduct a mock trading session beginning tomorrow till November 25, to familiarise the trading members with the web based debt platform, it added.
NSE is also in the process of shifting its mutual fund services platform to web-based system from January 2, 2017.
NEAT MFSS (mutual fund service system) would be discontinued with effect from December 30, 2016, NSE had said earlier.
