The Noida-based company had posted a net profit of Rs 12.84 crore in the same quarter of last fiscal.
Consolidated revenue for the reported quarter also dipped 2.4 per cent to Rs 84.68 crore from Rs 86.83 crore in the year-ago period.

* Ola kicks off football campaign on Twitter
Taxi aggregator Ola has started a campaign around football '#PassItForward' on microblogging site Twitter to help support 200 slum dwelling boys and girls.

As a part of the campaign, football fans perform a football trick, record a video of it, post it on Twitter with #PassItForward marking the handle @Olacabs and nominate a friend or two and pass the ball forward to them, Ola said in a statement.

* Polycom partners DGS&D for video collaboration solutions
Technology firm Polycom has received a rate contract agreement for the purchase of products and services from the Directorate General Supplies and Disposals (DGS&D).
Through the agreement, Polycom with its distributor Inspira will offer video collaboration solutions and services to government institutions, it said in a statement.
As Polycom looks to target more government opportunities, the company aims to enhance its customer base across various government departments and ministries including defence, railway, public sector units, and citizen services, it added.

Digital anti-fraud technology firm Simpli5d Technologies today said it has bagged second round of an undisclosed amount.
The latest round was led by Dheeraj Jain, a partner at UK-based hedge fund Redcliffe Capital and existing investors YourNest Angel Fund.
Simpli5d is a digital engagement solutions company which offers products to control advertisement frauds and help advertisers reach out to their digital audience in an engaging manner. It is currently working with over 100 brands in the e-commerce, FMCG, telecom, travel, auto and electronics sectors.
Some of its key clients are Lufthansa, Toyota, British Airways, Axis Bank, Airtel, P&G and Ibibo.
