Talwar is facing trial in the 2008 double-murder case along with her husband Rajesh.
"Her family members, including husband Rajesh Talwar, came today to jail with medicines, but were not allowed to administer Nupur," said jail Superintendent Viresh Raj Sharma.
Talwar was given medicines as the jail has its own hospital and doctors, he said.
She was suffering from mild fever and body pain, however, is in good health right now, the Superintendent said.
Sharma said that after yoga Nupur took classes of jail inmates this morning.
A special CBI court at Ghaziabad had earlier rejected Talwar's bail plea.
