The activists, led by its state unit secretary Raj Kumar and Kisan Congress state vice-president Dinesh Awana held a demonstration near the college and also burnt an effigy of the vice-chancellor of the University.
"We have also demanded launch of evening classes beside increase in day course seats," Awana told reporters here.
Earlier, last month, the activists had given a memorandum to college principals for increasing seats in the under-graduate courses.
